Thrivent Annuity & Life Insurance Tax Form Availability + Instructions

Clients that hold Thrivent Annuity and Insurance products will receive a tax form from Thrivent.  If any of these accounts transitioned to the Fidelity platform, these tax forms could be for a partial year and you will also receive a Fidelity statement.  

Anticipated Availability of Tax Forms  

  • Qualified Annuities: early February  
  • Non-Qualified Annuities: early February  
  • Life Insurance: early February
